Logo Project
(Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD)

A more personalized project that I had completed in the Digital Design Graphics Technologies Program (DDGT) was my Logo project. In class students were prompted to get creative and think of some logo ideas, 10 to be exact. From there students collaborated with the entire class to whittle down their prospects into a semifinished logo idea which would be refined to create a visually appealing finished product. Below you will see 3 stages of my Logo Project.

1. The spitball stage. To create my logos I used AutoCAD as it seemed fitting with my theme. After a few attempts and major changes I came to find the best sketch (left). I created every part and piece to be its own joined shape to aid me in my final touchups in Photoshop.

2. The transition. To ensure my dwg wireframe image would remain its raster properties I transitioned the image to Photoshop with Illustrator.

3. The final touches. At this point the project was to divide all the parts and pieces into their own layers which would overlay into the final logo. With some minor adjustments, my logo was completed and reviewed for quality assurance. Feel free to click on the images for a better view.
