Statue of Liberty

I masked out the statue from its original background, drug in onto a new image and duplicated the layer four more times. Each statue image recieved a motion blur and the opacity dropped as they go to the back. I made the torch glow and put a render effect to make it look like it was lighting the background. A lens flare was added as a secondary effect to the glow.
