A little about me
I was born in San Francisco and went to school in Berkeley, but I have had the pleasure of being able to call many diverse areas of Northern California home. As children we spent many years in Sonoma County. Our summers where spent up north and on the cost around Marin and Mendocino county with friends. Our holidays where spent in Modesto or Tahoe with grandparents and family.
As an adult I found myself back here in the Bay Area to raise my family. After several years in New York City I relocated to Solano County. I have been in Vallejo since 1986 where I was married and started a family.
In the early 90’s I passed the Cal Real Estate exam. In that time I have had the opportunity to explore many aspects of the Real Estate Industry, Property Management, Appraisal, Residential Construction and Investment Planning as well as Residential Sales.
As all area of the real estate industry has softened, due to the economic turn, I have found myself back in school. I am currently attending the Digital Design Graphics Technologies program at Napa Valley College. This program is allowing me to combine my real estate experience with my love of art and design.
The Architectural and Engineering Drafting aspect of the program has allowed me to further my interest in green building technologies, and given me the added drafting skills that are need to be competitive in today’s market.
The Design Technologies aspect is proving to be a perfect place for me to apply my love of color and design with the many years of marketing that I’ve done over the years in sales.
Napa Valley College is an Autodesk Premier Training Center, this mean that I am working with a wide variety of Autodesk applications, including: AutoCAD , Inventor, and Revit Architecture. These are just a few of the high end application I am currently working with, all of which will be invaluable in my future endeavors.
